Why I Built Ask Deep

Why I Built Ask Deep

Applying through job portals can feel like disappearing into a queue. On LinkedIn or Indeed, a strong candidate can still end up buried under hundreds of applications, with little chance to stand out beyond a static PDF and a short note.

I wanted a better way to introduce my work. Something interactive that shows how I think, what I have built, and the kinds of problems I like to solve. So I built Ask Deep: a small AI interface trained on my professional background, focused on fintech, payments infrastructure, and AI products.

The motivation was simple: if I am applying for product and AI roles, the application itself should reflect that. A resume sits there. This lets someone ask direct questions about product leadership, billing systems, AI workflows, career decisions, or specific examples from my work, and get a fast, grounded answer.

I also wanted to ship something that backs up the claim. If I say I can build good product experiences around AI, there should be one you can actually try.
